Kim has over 20 years’ experience as a marketing professional, with a focus on digital transformation in the past 14 years. From the early days of websites, email and social media to organisational design and change management, Kim supports organisations disrupt their traditional business models and integrates digital into their way of operating. “It is never a linear journey, which keeps it interesting, but the speed of transition always depends on the organisation’s willingness to be disrupted, resource allocation and size.” During her 3+ years at Hilti, she has been working with her team and colleagues to embed and scale digital adoption across the region, which became the global benchmark for delivering sustainable change.
